- Large water bottle
- Black marker

STEP 1
OUTLINE
Mark out your polar bear’s head and ears on the bottle. Make sure it will be deep enough to place your plant inside.
STEP 2

Cut around your polar bear, getting an adult to help you—the plastic can be tough.
STEP 3
PAINT
Paint the outside of the bottle with white acrylic paint. Leave to dry. You may need to add another coat or two.
STEP 4
DECORATE
When it’s dry, use the markers to add detail to the ears, eyes, mouth, nose, and whiskers.
STEP 5
PLANT
Place a small potted plant inside the polar bear, or add some potting soil and plant a few seeds. Check out the seed packet for instructions.
